Casual Trading Draft Bye-Laws 2026

A review of the Casual Trading Bye-Laws (2018) for County Leitrim is underway. Draft Casual Trading Bye-Laws 2026 have been prepared.

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Section 6 of the Casual Trading Act 1995, a copy of these draft Bye-Laws is available for inspection at Leitrim County Council Offices, Áras an Chontae, Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim, N41 PF67 from Wednesday 3rd June 2026 to Thursday 2nd July 2026 (both days inclusive) during normal office hours Monday to Friday or you can view the document on the following link:

Submissions in relation to the proposed revised Bye-Laws may be made by email to casualtrading@leitrimcoco.ie or in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Economic Development, Áras an Chontae, Leitrim County Council, Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim, N41 PF67 not later than 5.00 p.m. on Friday 17th July 2026.  Such submissions received will be taken into consideration by Leitrim County Council before the making of the Bye-Laws (2026).
