Affordable Housing Scheme

Leitrim County Council proposes to deliver an Affordable Housing Scheme in various locations throughout the county. The Local Authority Affordable Purchase Scheme helps people on moderate incomes to buy new homes at reduced prices. The Council are currently inviting proposals from Landowners/Developers/Contractors for the supply of residentially zoned development land for the delivery of affordable housing in Co. Leitrim. Alternatively, proposals are also invited for the supply of existing new build properties to meet the affordable housing need.

Interest Survey 

The Council is now launching an online survey for people who feel they may be eligible to acquire an affordable home from the Council. If you consider that you may qualify as a ‘First Time Buyer’, or ‘Fresh Start Applicant', then you are now invited to complete a short survey on the Council’s website, which should take no more than five minutes to complete.
