 Pathfinders-NEA-2025

Pathfinders Custom Conversions do Leitrim proud with their outstanding representation of the county.

Following an exciting evening at the National Enterprise Awards 2025 in the Mansion House on 22nd May, Dublin, Pathfinders Custom Conversions may not have taken home a national award, but they certainly did Leitrim proud with their outstanding representation of the county.

The team, led by Elliot Kearns, alongside Garrett Kearns, Councillor Sean McGowan, and Joe Lowe, Head of Enterprise at the Local Enterprise Office Leitrim, gathered for a memorable moment captured in this celebratory photo.

As the County Enterprise Award Winner, Pathfinders Custom Conversions has already proven itself as an innovative and dynamic business, showcasing the entrepreneurial spirit thriving in Kinlough, County Leitrim.

Their dedication to the highest standards of craftsmanship, sustainability, and personalised camper conversions continues to set them apart in the industry.

Joe Lowe expressed his admiration for their journey, highlighting their achievements at county level and their commitment to growing their business.

While the national trophy may have gone elsewhere this year, Pathfinders has demonstrated the strength and resilience that defines great businesses, and the Local Enterprise Office Leitrim looks forward to supporting their continued success.

Congratulations again to the Pathfinders team for their remarkable journey and for shining a spotlight on Leitrim’s thriving enterprise community!
