Expression of Interest from Approved Housing Bodies to deliver Housing Projects throughout Co. Leitrim
Leitrim County Council is seeking to increase the number of homes available to those approved for social housing support by working in conjunction with the Approved Housing Body sector to deliver projects either utilising the Capital Advance Leasing Facility (CALF) the Capital Assistance Scheme (CAS) or other DHLGH approved delivery mechanisms.
The Council is particularly interested in proposals for Towns and Villages that have a high ranking based on the level of need and the existing level of housing stock. Leitrim County Council would particularly welcome projects which deliver homes for the key priority areas that include Disability, Homelessness, Elderly, Domestic Violence and Traveller housing.

Leitrim County Council will assess all valid applications submitted. The Council is not obliged to enter into a formal agreement to proceed with an Expression of Interest submitted under these schemes. In addition, Departmental approval must be sanctioned under the various schemes in advance of a formal arrangement being entered into by an Approved Housing Body.
Completed Expression of Interest forms & supporting documentation should be returned marked “Expressions of Interest from Approved Housing Bodies to Deliver Housing Projects throughout Leitrim” to the Senior Executive Officer, Housing Capital Section, Leitrim County Council, Summerhaven House, Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim on or before Friday 30th October, 2026 @ 4 p.m.
