Draft Parking Control (Pay Parking) Bye-Laws 2026 in respect of the Town of Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim
In accordance with the provisions of Section 36 (3) of the Road Traffic Act, 1994, notice is hereby given that Leitrim County Council proposes to make new Bye-Laws for the control and regulation of the parking of vehicles in places specified in the Bye-Laws on public roads in the town of Carrick on Shannon within the functional area of Leitrim County Council.

A copy of the Draft Bye-Laws “Draft Parking Control (Pay Parking) Bye-Laws 2026 in respect of the Town of Carrick on Shannon” are available for inspection and purchase at the offices of Leitrim County Council, Aras an Chontae, Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim, during the period from Wednesday 18th March, 2026 to Tuesday 14th April, 2026 (both dates inclusive) during the business hours:
Monday to Friday (excluding Bank and Public Holidays)
09:30 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 16:30
Representations in relation to the Draft Bye-Laws may be made in writing as follows:
