Turning Vacant Properties into Cosy Homes - Information Event

Leitrim County Council is hosting an Information Event to showcase the potential to transform vacant and derelict properties in County Leitrim into vibrant homes. The event, taking place on Thursday, 19th June 2025 from 3pm to 8pm in the Landmark Hotel, Carrick-On-Shannon, Co. Leitrim will also exhibit how to make existing homes warmer, greener, and more energy efficient.

The Keynote Speaker on the day will be Award Winning Architect Hugh Wallace. Hear from other Experts also as they share their expertise in property restoration and energy upgrades.
