Leitrim County Council are delighted to announce Minister Dara Calleary, Minister for Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht, will join us along with several policymakers, community representatives, and digital innovators as we explore how smart technologies and local action is reshaping rural Ireland.
Held in Lough Rynn Castle, Mohill, Co Leitrim the Smart Towns & Villages Conference will highlight the power of digital transformation, community collaboration, and sustainable development in towns and villages across the country.

Colin Regan will be our MC for the day. Colin brings a wealth of experience and passion to the role. After a decade as a journalist and editor, he joined the GAA in 2011 as Community & Health Manager and is currently on a prestigious Atlantic Fellowship at Trinity College Dublin. A founding member of the Healthy Ireland Council, Colin brings a deep passion for community development and connection.
As well as representatives from Northern & Western Regional Assembly, Department of Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht, Mohill Town Team and Digital Rural Interreg Europe Project.
