Notice of Intention to prepare revised polling scheme for Co. Leitrim

Leitrim County Council in accordance with the Electoral (Polling Schemes) Regulations 2021 has prepared a Draft Polling Scheme which sets out the Polling Districts, the Electoral Divisions of which every such polling district is composed and the Polling Place appointed for each Polling District. The Draft Polling Scheme provides for the changes made in the Electoral (Amendment) (Dáil Constituencies) Act 2017 and 2023. 

Public Consultation period runs from Wednesday 23rd September to Wednesday 28th October 2026.  The Draft polling Scheme will be available to view at the Council Offices, Aras an Chontae, Carrick on Shannon and all branch libraries during this period.
