Expression of Interest – Emergency Accommodation for Leitrim County Council
Leitrim County Council are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Proprietors of Guest Accommodation who wish to have their facility or rooms therein, included in the Council’s list of Emergency Accommodation for families and individuals requiring emergency and short to medium term accommodation.
Expressions of Interest should be submitted on the attached form(s) depending on the type of service you provide:
Lot1: Provision of Emergency Accommodation for Single Individuals;
Lot 2: Supply of both Properties for Homeless Accommodation and Property Management Services
Forms should be emailed to housing@leitrimcoco.ie quoting Expression of Interest – Provision of Emergency Accommodation Lot 1 or Lot 2 in the subject line
or posted to Administrative Officer, Housing Department, Leitrim County Council, Aras an Chontae, Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim.
Closing Date for receipt of Expression of Interest is Friday 12th December 2025
Note: Leitrim County Council may contact accommodation providers directly to source accommodation and negotiate rates whether or not providers have responded to this EOI.
