Cannaboe Confectionary was established in 2002 by Sharon Sweeney. Sharon was born in Ballinamore and is delighted to have been able to set up and grow her business in her home town. Sharon’s husband Alan bakes cakes and Sharon is responsible for the artistic designs. Sharon went into the business full-time in 2004. Cannaboe Confectionary now employ *** staff.

Country Cooking Company
Country Cooking Company is a convenience food manufacturer based in Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim. Country Cooking Company was established to cater for a recognised niche in the frozen ready meals market for individually prepared complete dinners.
Country Cooking Company was established by Stephen Hennessy in 1994 in Drumkeeran and relocated to a purpose built factory in Carrick on Shannon in 2001. Initially, there were two people employed in the company but this grew quickly to double figures. The company have won several national awards for product quality, innovation and customer service. They expanded their facility in Carrick on Shannon in 2006.
Their product range has grown to include individual complete dinners, organic & conventional meal accompaniments and a Deli Style range of curries, pies, casseroles and bakes. The Country Cooking Company product range is available in most supermarkets in Ireland.

Lough Allen Foods manufacture and supply quality wholesome nourishing food to both the retail and catering sector. Lough Allen Foods uses locally sourced meat, vegetables and potatoes in the manufacture of its ready made meals.
Lough Allen Foods was established in December 2005 by Stephen Dowd. The Company is based in the Food Hub in Drumshanbo, County Leitrim and now employs 10 staff.
Lough Allen Foods supplies its ready made meals to customers across the north west, midlands, east and west coast of Ireland. They supply to the retail and catering trade.
