CARRICK-ON-SHANNON WINS GOLD IN ENTENTE FLORALE 2010! Leitrim County Council is delighted with Carrick-on-Shannon’s achievement in winning GOLD in the Entente Florale Europe Competition. The results were announced at a ceremony in Cervia, Italy on 24th September.Carrick on Shannon was nominated for Entente Florale by the Department of Environment, Heritage and Local Government.
