Community Connections is a Community Development Project (CDP)
working in the rural hinterland of West Cavan, North Leitrim
and West Fermanagh, Amongst the current programmes being undertaken
by the project are activities with Family Carers, Older People,
Young People and Men along with programes looking at rural
transport provision and information development. For more
